Accommodations - Room Blocks are Released Friday, Nov. 12th 12:00pm EST

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO READ BEFORE MAKIING YOUR HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS:
Due to a special U of M Hockey event at the Michigan Stadium (The Big Chill) this year on Saturday, Dec. 11th, there are NO hotels on campus (within walking distance to the lecture hall) with availability for that night. However, on-campus hotels ARE available for the remaining nights of Dec. 12-15th. Due to this conflict, room blocks have been made at two different hotels off-campus (Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn) for the nights of December 11-15th. Round-trip bus transportation to/from central campus will be arranged for everyone staying at these hotels off-campus. You can choose to stay at either of the off-campus hotels for the one night only (Dec. 11th) and then move to either the Dahlmann Campus Inn or Bell Tower hotel on-campus for the rest of your stay or you can stay at either of the off-campus hotels for the full duration of your stay. If you choose to move to on-campus housing as of Dec. 12th then you will need to make two separate hotel reservations (one at either of the off-campus hotels for night of Dec. 11th and another reservation at either of the on-campus hotels for the rest of your stay).

Note: Special bus transportation arrangements will ONLY be available for those staying at either of the off-campus hotels we have room blocks at (Holiday Inn Near U of M and Hampton Inn Ann Arbor North).

WE CAN HELP MAKE YOUR TRANSITION MOVING FROM OFF-CAMPUS HOTEL TO ON-CAMPUS HOTEL EASY: If you choose to stay only one night at either of the hotels off-campus and want to move to on-campus housing (Dahlmann Campus Inn or Bell Tower), arrangements will be made with the bus transportation driver to take your luggage directly to your on-campus hotel so you do not have to lug it around all day at the conference. You would ask the front desk at check-in for your luggage. Please do not hesitate to email amillik@umich.edu for any questions regarding this.
