Meetings/Readings for 2005-2006

Club ground school study-group meetings are held approximately every two weeks. Also, depending on interest, we may carpool to Rosettie Airport one day a week in the flying season.

Group study readings for our ground school meetings are summarized below. Readings come from the FAA Glider Flying Handbook, the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), and the FAA private pilot written test questions. Hard copies of these materials can be purchased online at the SSA store or Sporty's, among other locations. Some of the materials are available at local bookstores or the Ann Arbor airport as well.
