I've only seen patches for 3.3 from Jeff Hodges and myself, that have been
posted to the ldap@umich.edu mailing list. I do not know of any patch
repositories for LDAP-3.3.

If U-M does not wish or does not have the resources to maintain patches,
then I'd be willing to collect the LDAP patches on my Web/FTP site...
