I received one response indicating that at least one site has expereinced
no problems running 3.3 on DEC UNIX 3.2C. There may be other differences,
but the principal difference between that site and ours is that we are
running DCE.

If this is the case, perhaps this difference suggests to someone where the
problem might lie. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
