adding a lot of records

We have been adding about 120+ records to our slapd database at one time
with ldapadd and are having a bit of a problem. We get this when we run
the add:

Software Systems Specialist II

replace homePhone:
N/A
replace mail:

adding new entry cn=John Doe Jr, o=The University of Texas at El Paso,
st=Texas, c=US
ldap_add: Operations error

If we try to do any more additions to the database, we get the same
error. It appears we reached some sort of limit. Any ideas?
