PC-Pages from Brunel University is an LDAP client with both UFN and
forms-mode searching, graphical DIT browsing, and entry creation and
update facilities. More information is available at:

http://http1.brunel.ac.uk:8080/x500/products/brunel-products.html

PC-Pages has been integrated into mailer programs by several
commercial organisations, and has also been ported to Unix and Mac
environments. The screen-shots on the Web pages are not the latest
version, but I think you might recognise the look-and-feel :-)
