TEMPORARY SOFTWARE EVALUATION LICENCE

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 19
by and between Brunel University, Uxbridge, UK (Brunel) and

(Licensee).

The purpose of this agreement is to permit Licensee to evaluate
and demonstrate `PC-Pages' (the product) which is the intellectual
property of Brunel.

Brunel agrees to supply a copy of the product to Licensee, and
Licensee agrees to hold the product as confidential information
and not to permit any third party to have access to it except as
agreed by Brunel in writing.

Brunel agrees that Licensee may install evaluation copies on up
to ten computers at Licensee's client's site provided that all such
copies shall be returned or destroyed before the expiration of this
agreement.

The product shall remain the property of Brunel at all times.

Brunel shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered
by Licensee or any third party in connection with this
agreement, and Licensee hereby indemnifies Brunel against
any third party action resulting from Licensee's use.

This agreement will remain in force for three months from
todays date. On termination of this agreement, Licensee shall
immediately stop using the product and will return or destroy
all copies of it.

This agreement cannot be modified except by a writing
signed by both parties.

This agreement is made under English Law, and any action relating to
this agreement shall be taken in the English Courts.
