Yes, it's a piece of cake, and since 3.1 the standard distribution supports
Linux. Just configure the paths and compile options in the top-level
Make-common and type "make".

The difficult part is getting ISODE built with shared libraries (a static
build is quite easy). I've got ISODE Consortium code running here so I
can't help you out, but the public ISODE 8 stuff has been built for Linux
with shared libs. Look on the usual Linux sites and you should be able to
find a ready-to-go distribution.
