President (1977-2003) of the non-profit Community Systems Foundation (CSF), Bill traveled worldwide helping private agencies, governments and the United Nations improve the management of child and family health, nutrition, and development affairs. Bill’s unfailing
optimism, perseverance, and joy of living explain his success in starting
new ventures. He was an inspiration to countless students and to
his many friends.
Community Systems Foundation and Friends of CSF donated the funds to dedicate this room as a surrogate for Bill’s true classroom: the world. |
