Entrance is on the east side of Indiana hwy. 9 about 3 miles south of Albion. Mixed mature and second-growth woodland with a number of small lakes; a rather good area for migrant and nesting songbirds, including Prothonotary, Yellow-throated, and N. Parula warblers; has hosted Northern Shrike regularly in recent winters, and often a Long-eared or Saw-whet Owl in the numerous pine plantations.
