It is located just south of the Tipton Hwy & Shepherd Rd intersection. It has a beech-maple forest with some bottomland habitat & at the entrance there is a tall-grass prairie. Typically, I find at least one or two GREAT HORNED OWLS when I visit. I'm sure they're nesting somewhere in the woods. --Darrin O'Brien Tecumseh, MI
