Raas Garba-Dandia involves  Rythmic-Energetic- Playful Folk dance's,  that takes place during festival's (Navratri) and weddings in India.   The steps are very easy to pick up - within a few minutes even if you are not the dancing kind.

The evening is open to your family and friends,  so hope you can join us without fail to celebrate the evening.  A donation of 5 $  is suggested.  Don't forget to come dressed in your colorful clothes that you feel comfortable to move in...

We  stongly encourage you to bring your friends who want to learn about Art of Living, as we will be having a short guided meditation followed by brief intro talk about our upcoming course  before the dance.
