Latina Women: The Struggle of Health Care
A major struggle for minority women in the past, as well as today, is the issue of health care. In this webpage we address how the health care controversies experienced by all women are increasingly more difficult for minority women. We look at issues challenging, specifically Latina women, from the sterilization campaigns in the 1970's to the AIDS epidemic that continues to devastate minority communities today.
